<Poem>
<End Poem>
<Translation>
I didn't know Hsiangchi Temple
And went miles into cloudy peaks
Between ancient trees, no tracks of man－
Where was that bell deep in the hills?
Sound of a stream choking on sharp rocks
Sun cool coloured among green pines－
At dusk beside a deserted pool, a monk
Meditating to subdue the poisonous dragon.
